What tool do you use for SEO Reports

rank tracker works like a charm for standard reports.. no customer will read this 40 pages ibp $#%&... so keep it as simple as possible, that everyone can understand it without hours of time you waste for explanation

I am using Rank Tracker currently. It's reports are nice, neat and concise.

To see where they have citations or not : localsearchtool dot org. Free.
The best tool (better than Market Samurai and Link-Assistant) is
Keywordcountry dot com. Watch their videos for excellent information
on SEO in general and what KWC can do.

I use link assistant... its make best professional reports...
its paid version is also good...

No love for SEOmoz? Their UI is fantastic and clients love it.

Your looking for Internet Business Promoter... (ibp)

Creates a 40 page PDF report, all you do is add the site url and the keywords it will do everything for you even customise your pdf with your corp logo etc ;)

Oh and in your case you edit it to remove the bits that tell them the "how to do / what to do"

Thanks alot for sharing this valuable information.

I use

SpyFu Recon Files for competition analysis reports

SEOMoz (I just take a Skitch snapshot) of the Link Analysis comparing the competition each month, showing how many links I've increased for the site.

And I take screenshots of Twitter profiles and Facebook for before and afters each month for social media.

I'lll check out IBP and RavenTools to see how they are. I have pretty big clients so looking as pro as possible without looking automated is key.

SpyFu, I have to use Acrobat Pro and put my company logo as a Stamp in order to cover up their annoying logos on all 50 pages!

Raven will make your job easier dude you can brand a report for each of your customers no more PDF BS ;) Also if you are into social you can report their Twitter and FB analytics PLUS you can monitor keywords being mentioned on the social platforms which I have a client that uses to watch his competitors.

If it really has to be professional, invest in Advance Web Ranking (advancedwebranking dot com).

This program makes professional ranking reports that are totally white label, and that you can format using the name and logo of your client, as well as your own logo, if you have a logo for your own company or consulting service ;)

Also SEOPanel is good. You have to set it up on your server but it is completely free.
