What tool do you use for SEO Reports

I wanted to see what is the best tool to use to send customers SEO Reports on where they are ranked for key terms and why you are charging what you are.

I know you can use MS to pull ranking reports or semrush.

I am looking for something that looks at their site and says that its ranked this because of this.

Creates a 40 page PDF report, all you do is add the site url and the keywords it will do everything for you even customise your pdf with your corp logo etc

Oh and in your case you edit it to remove the bits that tell them the "how to do / what to do"

we have been using a custom program to pull a report on a customer site to give to them. Its starting to be a pain to keep up today with changes to the search engines.

So i wanted to see what were some of the best tool to pull reports on a site to give to a customer.

I used seo power suite its a great tool for reporting, you can modify your template and export it.

I agree - Raven tools appears to be far and a way the best, and I've researched this thoroughly. Wide variety of options, including automatic monthly reports emailed to the client, white labelled with your logo - pretty sweet and I rate them highly!

Like others have said, been using Rank Tracker for over a year now, they got nice reports, custom logo, scheduler to send PDF's out via email to your customers etc. Good stuff we use it on over 150 customers

Great topic. So far I am using Excel, mainly because I also sell other servi es to customes like social media, adwords etc. Can't send 5 reporqts, but I need one uniform report.
