BUT the key piece here was that he was caught on U.S SOIL, not just U.S but the servers where in VIRGINIA for that matter.. talk about the belly of the beast, I used to live out there, and was literally surrounded by ALL the alphabet Boys ... for the server to be coming out of a town 30 miles south of FBI headquarters, it should have been MORE than EXPECTED ...

So porn is illegal in countries like saudi-arabia, so if I were to rent a cheap server in saudi-arabia, and host a porn movie on there... It should be allowed to extradite me from my country, and throw me in an saudi arabian jail???

They are legally liable for hosting the content in the U.S. And they were arrested by the local police in New Zealand,so they can extradited to the U.S. to face trial. They were not arrested by the U.S.
