My main (and only) Paypal account has just got limited, because I received money (not much, only about $15) from an e-shop that sells adult-related products ("it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales / offers on myclient'ssite.com")http://www.mrvideoadultstores.com/. The truth is I don't have any sales/offers on that site, I only did some backlinking for them, and their pp account name from which I received the payment included the site's address.
I don't understand why it led to limiting MY account.
It was BTW a completely clear transaction, no disputes or refunds asked for.
The problem is it's my main account, with almost $900 in it, and in the email they said it's a permanent limitation, and it can't be appealed. I can get my money back in 180 days. In the account I used my real name, real address, real phone number, also provided them with my scanned ID. BTW I'm from the EU.
Is there any way I could get my account back? Should I email them or call them (in this case what number, and with Skype or normal phone?)?
Thanks!
