Can using senukex, Xrumer get a website /IP banned?

I am new to BH SEO, and so this question. I have a few new websites (1 month old) with hardly any backlinks or traffic.

Would getting Xrumer blasts OR building backlinks using SEnukex get my website banned? If so, any recommendations to avoid this?

You obviously link your money site from them.

Or reg some .info's, blast them and 301 them to your money site

I don't think so, because if you were on a shared server then you'd potentially get all those sites banned that are on the same IP. 1 bad site could wipe out the many. I could be wrong though.

But always better to blast the buffer sites like mentioned above...gl
