I bought this software hoping it would work well with a certain platform I am using for most of my backlinking but doesn't really, however it's still a great software for other platforms to cut captcha costs...

After 3 days, I still can't get Captcha Sniper to run properly.

My Problem,

"Invalid procedure call or argument-5"

My many emails to you bounces back with Delivery Status Notification (Failure).

Please help...

pls do an exclusion for CS on your antivirus. this should be fixed ur issue

I disabled AVG Resident Shield, still didn't work. Same message,

"Invalid procedure call or argument-5"

I've also disabled Windows Firewall, removed

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment\PATH
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment\TESSDATAPREFIX (does not exist)

Installed and reinstalled both,
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable

Still cannot get Captcha Sniper v1.4 to work.

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1, 32-bit, running on a Core 2 Duo with 2Gb RAM.

Repeated emails to them are bounced back.

andreyg13, thank you for this great software! I have read that modification of hosts file is needed. When i install captcha sniper my hosts file is unchanged. Must be modified or not and if yes, what is needed to add to hosts file?

Everyone looking to use this for SEnuke only need to reconsider. SEnuke are integrating a Captcha service built into the program in a near future (hopefully near anyway). This sniper doesn't work that great with it as it is anyway.

At this point it only works with the forum part of SenukeX. It will become fully functional once we release the recaptcha update

It works with the forum part of SenukeX. Tge latest version is 1.4. You should have received an email about updates. If you didn't, please send me a pm with your email adress and I will forward the update to you.

It will probably become available with future updates.

You don't need to add anything to the host file. Captcha Sniper does this automatically. You just have to make sure the host file is not set as read only.

Just start Captcha Sniper and then open the host file while CS is running. You can see it has been modified

CS adds the following lines to host when it's running.

127.0.0.1 **removed url**
127.0.0.1 **removed url**
127.0.0.1 **removed url**
127.0.0.1 **removed url**

and removes them when it quits.

I still can't get CS to run properly.

Dude, I gotta ask you a question. Does CS work with rank tracker from seo powersuite, I read somewheres it does? But I think I might be wrong because rank tracker requires an api key for captcha. Would love a clarification.

They both bounces back.

and I don't have a Skype ID anyway.

What's wrong with your email addresses? It worked the first time when I requested for the license file.

If it works via api then most likely it os not compatible. We can not confirm any tool which isn't listed on our list pf sipported tools.As soon as we are 100% sure that a tool is compatible, we are afdong it to our list.

Well it would have to be at least 100% better since SenukeX hasn't had free captcha support for some time now.

But since it doesn't have recaptcha yet it only works for forum profiles in senuke at the moment.

Please check if the pligg sites for which you get the unknown captcha are using recaptcha. Just have a look at the captcha in the request filed on the left side.
