I'm on the first page and number 4 for a top keyword, that get about a million plus searches a month. The max visits I get is no more than 50 a day. I guess you have to be the top 2 to see real traffic.
First page means nothing when you are logged into Gmail. Logout, clear cache and check results again.

LOL - what did you think? I was pulling your leg? It is either this or you have checked broad match searches like another member has mentioned. Sometimes, broad match searches can be a huge number while exact search matches for that same term will be 10 a month.
Anyways, would love to help you more but I guess you wouldn't want help from a weirdo.
I will bet $1,000 it is a broad search for a keyword that has almost no exact searches.

I didn't know that, I had broad check thinking it was the real amount. I can't believe it's only 91 smh. I feel do stupid.
