Hey ImageTypers, a lot of my incorrect captcha's have the correct characters, but it is all lowercase. I am more than happy with the service, but was wondering if you only return lowercase in some situations?

I am getting the message 'Seems server is not effective yet', what does that mean? Thank you.

that error pops up when some antovirus or firewall blocks captchatunnel.Plz stop your antivirus and make them allow the exe file of captchatunnel.then it will work.Add me in messenger if you want more detailed instructions.

I have disable anti virus - same result.
Allow the exe file on anti virus, window firewass, router firewall - still the same result (as show on images below).

When connect I got this:

Then after about 30 seconds, I got this:

Any advise would be really appreciated. But I will try to work on it again on Monday. Thank you.

server seems not effective happens if your antibirus or something blocks our captchatunnel.If you have stopped antivirus if it still happens means then even then your antivirus is blocking our exe.,This happens only in case of antivirus.I can check your system if you can add me in your messenger.
