hi guys,

I have a pr 3 domain unisexhealth.c0m that i have no idea on how to monetize. I do not want to make it porn or sell adult stuff since I do not like such niches.

Any suggestions please?

Post it up on a forum marketplace and see if anyone wants to buy it.

Make a blog, and monetize it with any link broker.

blog it is, honestly you may lose PR any time plus it doesnt play a big role anyways. Try to keep it up tho with posts (say 3 times a week). Get more backlinks and before you know it your pr will increase to 4 or if lucky 5 and you will get some traffic if you do onsite seo correctly. Then you monetize it with link broker or CPA or whatever ads.
Best of luck and happy new year!

I do not have a problem with making a blog, but what will be the niche of the blog?

You could try something in the fitness, health, weight loss niches...very competitive nichea, but because they are so lucrative. Everybody wants to lose weight/feel better/live longer with a magic bullet that doesn't require much work.

I'd try that, making it target audience to both genders, and give it a month or two to see how it performs. If it doesn't get you anything, revisit and revamp.

That's a very competitive niche as you say and I cant afford such heavy SEO or marketing expenses.

Yeah it's a competitive niche, but that's because there's gold in those hills...it could be worth a shot, even with some basic SEO and backlinking and the like you might be able to turn a profit. Not necessarily a lot, but was the first thought that came to mind.

Porn is just as competitive, and you mentioned you don't like that niche, but maybe sex/intimacy advice (of a non-porn nature) would be more acceptable to you and potentially less competitive. Is another potential match for your domain name.

Bottom line - I'd pick a niche, build a site out - could be an autoblog, or an authority site, or something else - then market it and see how it does for a while. Take action, test things, and see how it goes.

Will try making KW research and see if there are some KW to be targeted there.
Thanks for your advice man.
