If your site is already blacklisted then you will stay there, but this service will not make any negative impact on your ranking.
If your site is new or you have low number of backlinks what could happen is that you move backwards in SERP, but only for SHORT time. After that you will come back to old position and continue going forward.

I guess you didn't build links constantly to your site and what happens is that google found big number of links at once. It need some time to calculate your SEO score and it will move site back.
Wait few days and watch on your SERP.

It's just a new site. I'll post back in a couple of days. I assume the SERPS will improve but for now it's cut my search traffic down to 1/10 of what I've usually been getting.

If you don't have some basic SEO knowledge then it's better to find someone to run full time SEO campaigns for you.

You need to learn what kind of services to mix in what time in order to get best results. Then how to pick right keywords, how to do onpage SEO.

Just using link building services is not enough.

We are also running full monthly SEO services where we analyze KW and onpage SEO, then set monthly campaign for top keywords and track position of each. When we see some KW dreped we build more links using that KW.


Ok, now for your case here is what is best to do:

1) add some unique content on your site (few pages of long text 700+ words)
2) build high PR links (buy some from private networks
or if you don't have budget for it go and post comments manually on quality blogs)

I can bet in $1000000 that this will push you to top of SERP.
