I wont be able to purchase this plugin for some time but I can see the power of it. In fact, I've been 'victim' of the power of it, so I know it works. I'll give this thread a 5 star to make up for that 1 star.

Shez, help me... :D
I have installed this plugin but when I tried to activate it using my paypal email address, it said:

Code:
Last auth check status [COLOR="Red"]No product named in auth request.[/COLOR]

Please advise?

I just purchased this plugin :D
I think this is great.

I got your PM and replied- thanks for that and the rating :)

No worries, it'll take 2 mins to sort out but I'll PM you about it rather than discuss it on the thread.

Thanks,

Shez

Shez: I'd like to upgrade to pro, but can't find where to do the upgrade.
Can you send me the link?
thx

Forget where I saw a similar trick to do this. And I really like it.
So I guess I might purchase it soon.

Hi, PM sent. Let me know what you think of the PRO version after you've tried it out. Personally I think you'll 'like' it (get it) - anyway, the PRO version is WAY more powerful than the standard version - just wait till you see it :)

Thanks,

Shez

Ok here is another update. I hate to post here to get attention but I sent the ticket number to Shez and so far have received no reply from support. The issue has not been solved. I have to use compatibility mode in IE to avoid seeing the "secure content" window. Once that window shows up, every link you click will give you a "facebook share popup" and unless you share it, you won't be able to navigate anywhere in your blog... It is causing so much problem for me that I have to deactive both sites waiting for support to respond, which has been over 48 hours.

Here is how to reproduce the problem.
1. Log off facebook
2. Goto your site using IE, make sure it is not in compatibility mode
3. Log on to facebook (in another tab)
4. Refresh the page.
5. Some IE will show "Only Secure Content Is Displayed" Click to Show All Content, and some IE will not show (Windows 7).
6. Try to click on an internal link, you will see that your mouse cursor flicker from a hand to arrow while on top of the link, its quite weird. If you have your google search toolbar, just quickily click on the link a few times, the search box will show the word "like".
7. Once you click on any link, a popup box will show up with facebook share. The more times you click, the more shareboxes will appear. I was able to create 20 shareboxes before I gave up.

I tried this on both of my sites running the Thesis theme. They both have the same problem.

And no response from Support.

Please help Shez.

Our tech support team HAVE replied to you and I have read the ticket. You received a response from them. Posting the issue here is not going to get you support as I am dealing with the sales/marketing side of things.

You need to deal with the support desk. It sounds like a CSS compatibility issue rather than the plugin not working. As you already know, the plugin does work on your other site without any issues.

We have a support desk for support issues and it is they who will be able to help you. I cannot deal with specific tech issues here on this thread, as I said, that's what we have a support desk for.

Thanks,

Shez

serious review.......had this plugin for days.......but no increase in traffic....

That's a seriously short 'review'.

How long have you had the plugin and been using it for?
How many sites do you have the plugin installed on?
How many visitors does your site get per day?

If you've had this for a couple of days and you're site doesn't get much traffic then it's not able to magically generate traffic to your site.

Also, do you know where your traffic comes from?

Thanks,

Shez

maybe it works on sites with alot of traffic. my site only gets 150 visits on avg a day.. :(

Of those 150 visitors, are those uniques and are they genuine visitors?

I ask because I don't know what program you're using for your stats and if some of those visitors could be bots etc.

How many days have you been using the plugin for?

Remember, for a "like" to be posted the visitor has to click a link on your site and be logged in to their FB account too.

Thanks,

Shez

I purchased the pro version and I too cannot get it working. I know that I installed everything correctly and ioncube is loaded correctly. However, Shezboy says he is the seller of this program and he doesn't know anything "technical" about it, not even what the URLS are meant for in the settings of the pro version. Seems EXTREMELY fishy to me....he told us to create a support ticket, yet other people on here are saying no-one is answering support tickets...I would hold off on purchasing this until we get all of this resolved, IF we can get it resolved that is.

WOW, do you know what a PM means?

You have taken what I said totally out of context. I said I am from the marketing and selling department of the netbomber team who own this plugin. I stated that I am NOT from the technical side of the team as that is dealt with by the coder.

I am NOT a coder and that means I don't know how the plugin technically works or the code that makes it work. I don't need to know or have to know - that is why we have a team.

You said the plugin didn't work but you DIDN'T say what the actual problem was.

You have just quoted me as saying
not even what the URLS are meant for in the settings of the pro version

I did NOT say that to you so don't even attempt to put words in to my mouth.

What you're talking about there is "how to use the plugin" - if you'd had of actually asked me what the URL's are meant for in the settings of the PRO version I would have told you!!

Be careful what you claim someone has said to you when the fact is that they have not said it.

As for the other person on here claiming not to have received support from the tech desk.... In actual fact that person asked a question on Friday 21st October and had their ticket replied to the same day. TODAY the have asked another question which has not been answered yet.

I would hardly call it fair to claim that the support desk is not replying to people when it has only been a few hours since the last question was asked.

All tickets are responded to within 24 hours, so you tell me, how does this all seem fishy to you??

Is that resolved enough for you?

Thanks,

Shez

I see you do the same thing to everyone who asks a question or asks for some help --- you simply try to talk over them and make some long winded explanation.

Here's the thing - why don't you be honest with people and tell them all these things up front - it is not until you get called out that you actually come forward with information.

In my case - there was no mention of a standard or pro version when I bought it - there was only one version.

I then get an email telling me how good the pro version is - you should buy it - the link in the email is for $117

Now I call you out and it's now magically $50 for people who already bought the first version.

It would be a hell of alot better if you would just put the facts out in the beginning and be honest - than to follow this current way of doing business.

As for traffic I have seen a couple of extra visitors but no extra revenue generated.

I don't talk over anyone. I make things clear to understand when there has been a misunderstanding. I also don't let people claim I have said something when I have not. I will defend myself from such claims and I will explain things clearly.

If you accuse someone of something in public then you should expect them to make a reply and state their side of things.

Here's the thing. When you purchased the standard version of the plugin the PRO version hadn't been released. When we did release it and you were told about it you was sent to the full price page of $117 when you should have been sent to the discount page.

In fact this was explained to you earlier in this post -> please see here for your post and my reply http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/3391960-post99.html yet you're still making the same claims here.

Why is that?

That was a simple error on our part. Nothing to do with being called out or dishonest. When there is a misunderstanding and someone jumps up and down calling you dishonest then yes, sure, you should expect that person to stand up and make it clear what the issue was.

Now I call you out and it's now magically $50 for people who already bought the first version.

As explained above. NOTHING to do with being called out. You told me that you were not happy that you had paid $47 for the standard version (which should be $97) and that now you were being offered the PRO version for $117. You told me that being offered a PRO version was unfair and that you should have been offered the PRO version from the start. The simple fact is, which was explained to you at the time, was that the PRO version didn't even exist at the time you purchased the regular version.

I explained the error to you and you were sent a link for the BHW members discount of the PRO version instead. I hope that's now clear.

Hopefully we're getting things clear as I work through your post.

As for traffic I have seen a couple of extra visitors but no extra revenue generated.

I'm glad to hear that your traffic is increasing. Hopefully your revenue will too but that is something that your site is responsible for - our plugin is just there to help your site increase it traffic.

I use statscounter.com and of course they are all unique visitors... maybe i am unlucky. I am getting organic google traffic and adsense clicks everyday, so I know the maths.

The plugin does not work. There are absolutely 0 new facebook likes, and there should be. There have been about 20 people visit the site (that we know) that are logged into facebook. BEFORE logging into facebook or visiting our site, we had them clear both their cookies AND their cache. The plugin just doesn't work. Not yet at least.

You're adamant that the plugin clearly does not work, 100%, totally does not work for you?

And then, right at the end, you say "Not yet at least".

You really do need to submit a support ticket to get this resolved so they can discuss the sites where you have the plugin installed and can help you get things working correctly.

The simple fact is that the plugin does work else everyone else on here would also say it doesn't work and the mod you approved the thread wouldn't have approved it.

Some customers experience problems and those problems are fixed via our support desk.

Do you genuinely think that if this plugin didn't work I would have actually started the thread here offering it for sale?

By now the thread would be full of every customer stating it doesn't work.

The fact is that the plugin does work. It does what it's meant to do. If some customers experience certain issues then we work those out with them via the support desk.

Thanks,

Shez

I asked some questions from Shez and he replied within a couple of hours!

No one force you to buy the pro version...why are u crying?
