I am looking for someone to develop and maintain niche domains.
My Responsibility
1) domain name (aged and niche targeted -- some are listed with buydomains and greatdomains for over $2 -$5k per domain)
2) hosting
3) backlinks from dripable and other places like my main WH domains.
4) other marketing expenses which we can mutually discuss. (i only have a small budget for this misc expenses)
Your Responsibility
1) develop / build website
2) maintain / update website
3) marketing / seo
etc etc ...
(ZERO tolerance for anything spam or cracked/non-licensed scripts/softwares/templates/)
Profit Share --> 100% yours for first 4 months. you can use anything you want. adsense, cpa or anything you like.
Profit Share --> after 5 - 6 months 70% your's (you will need to install something for later profit sharing.) 30% mine.
Profit Share --> after 6 months 50% - 50%
The profit share and everything else is negotiable. I am looking for long term partners who are committed and focused. excellent opportunity.
