My plan to exploit labor day sept 5th

Last weekend i gave out free grocery gift card flyers near the local grocery stores....i wanted to see the conversions so i just gave out 200 flyers...

I had 45 clicks and 23 conversions....tt was just a first page email submit...
not bad i guess...

Here's my plan for this labor day....i am printing around 5000 flyers for the best buy gift card....the flyer will be saying limited time labor day offer and it call for action...so i guess it increases the conversions....

I go to grad school and printing is free for me so there would be zero cost for that...im handing out the flyers myself so i dont need to pay anyone....

i already printed a t shirt for me with a best buy logo on it....it is the same as the best buy uniform....i was working in a mall in a t shirt printing cart so i printed my own t shirt and that too at no cost...

i would be circulating flyers starting on sat i.e sept 3rd....till sept 5th....in front of a best buy store....

i am printing two flyers per page and all black and white....i guess the t shirt increases the conversions as everyone would feel as if a best buy employee is circulating the flyers for a promotion....

i already designed the flyer and i will be doing the printing on thur and friday....the flyer has a website which i'll be redirecting it to the best buy offer which pays $1.6 for an email submit....

the only thing that costs me with this campaign is my time which i have in excess as school has not started at...

i have another idea....printing flyers with gamestop offer and circulate it near the local high school....that way conversions will be like hell....

i'll update this thread with my results....any suggestions would be appreciated...

This idea works well with other stores too.

I have done the same in front of pet shops (without the t-shirt ) for different free reports and the list grew over time.

I now sell items to a targeted list.

Excellent ideas bro. One of my favorite things is how people take offline promotions to make money online. Its great man. Don't stop. Now what you do is you put ad on CL for to pay people to put your fliers out in different cities.

If it were me I would set up a PIWIK so I could give each person the ability to see their analytics. I would tell them the standard percentage of views and if you don't get those views coming in that night and the next day which they can verify you will not pay. You may think people wont do it but there are desperate times now for alot of people. Hell look at you running from Paul Blart mall cop all day just to make a buck online. Great job you are inspiring.

I think you should come up with a plan B for the flyers, because I doubt dressing up like a best buy employee and standing in front of their store handing out flyers is going to work for 3 days. Best of luck.

lol...he can even be charged coz he's impersonating a best buy employee. That changes this method from blackhat to asshat, perhaps even illegal.

ps-do it somewhere else, not in front of their store.

I prefer to sit behind my PC to make money but you could really make tons of cash with variations of this idea.

i don't think so.

but you probably will run into trouble doing this three days in a row same location.

try doing best buy for the first and last day and for the second do it infront of walmart.

Added to that with all the leads coming from the same city your AM is going to question it for sure. Get a clearance from your AM before you do this!

Ive done the exact same thing with the Bestbuy idea.
1.) best buy wont let u stand out there all day, put them on cars, go get a beer, then go back and do it again. They converted well enough but the 1.60 was weak. Try finding a CPA that pays you more.

Nice idea OP, i suggest you try it out its gonna convert like hell, but be observant. Like AGman said they'll let you stand there all day but don't let that scare you.

I doubt they will let you stand their all day.... great idea though, try a mall though where there is a Best Buy in it that way you have more reach and mall security wont beat you up...

Go around and put a flying in between the windscreen wiper of each car

Also put a leaflet into each trolley or shopping cart (Not sure what americans call it) , So when they get get a Trolley/shopping cart they will think " Oh this is cool " and they will most likely take the leaflet home with them.

Endless possibilities for this method , But keep your wits about you as Security guards tend to be sneaky and quick (Based on my experience haha).
