the issue you are having is very odd. i'm sorry, but i believe you are the only one experiencing it. i think it's completely uncalled for the way your are trying to trash our business. it's also unfair to the other (capable) members here that they must read your nonsense and perhaps turn away from a service that can actually make them money.

you claimed you have been emailing "the developer" to no avail, yet i have not heard from you until i was pointed to your threads. i check our support desk and the support email several times a day because i am excited to hear from our customers. sadly, a few customers have already had issues, but we have either helped them resolve the issue or submitted refunds as quickly as possible.

As it works now - the system automatically creates the Category based on the keywords embedded into the listing.

This would be an additional feature that I am sure we could code . . .

I'm still not earning through IM (but am indeed learning) so I'm wondering is it possible to set up a brand new site using the trial and then see how it progresses for a few weeks, or to keep the site do you have to keep the software license?

Obviously if the site starts earning money it is a no-brainer that the software is worthwhile!
