Here's my partial review:
I got the design and had a whole lot of communication issues. She left a few times but at other times the communication was great.

The design itself I didn't like at all and to make sure I put up a few hundred on adwords to make sure I wasn't the only one who thought so. 0 conversions in total.
At this point I didn't ask for a refund for a bad design well... because she already did the work.I already hired richman to do a redesign (and it's great, he's just coding the html now). On the other hand I've paid $60/$90 as down payment, and I won't be using it, so she can keep that amount for actually working

Yachi's service looked reasonable priced, and some of the sample websites looked high quality, and so I thought I would give it a go.
I have already hired two other indian developers and BHW and ended up charging back on both of them for uncomplete, and really late, poor quality work.

In short, it took Yachi about three days to do the whole thing, and she did an excellent job! She far exceeded my expectations.

The communication was a bit average at some times, but that was mainly due to time zone differences.

Anyway A++ work, and this is about as good as it get's, worth way more than $110, so if you need a small business website like I did, this is definitely the place to go.

I had Yachi do a project for me in which was VERY ambitious to say the least, massive amounts of coding and functions within this site. What i must say is that her work is absolutely TOP NOTCH. she is a perfectionist in every way, and even if you see something that may not be finished and you are ok with it as is, she will not allow you to settle for average. even if it means her doing more work to make it above average. She may even surprise you and throw a new twist in there that you had not even thought of that will make your site even better depending on your concept and theme.

The only downfall is the time difference if you are not in the same country as her and sometimes the lack of communication, but this is more then made up for by the quality of her work. Many of you that may become frustrated by her not meeting deadlines need rest assured that it is to your benefit that she is not rushing your project. If you just let her work, she will deliver, and in many cases OVER deliver what it is you are asking her for. I even paid her more then the agreed upon amount because i was so pleased with the finish product. Seemed only right seeing as tho it would appear she gave me more quality then i was expecting, although she was not asking nor expecting a larger payment.

The best thing to do, is if you have a project in mind, get it to her NOW!, so you can comfortably wait for her to complete it. Don't wait until you absolutely need it right away and then feel the need to rush her to get it done. Actually, that wont matter, because even if you do try to rush her. She is such a perfectionist, she wont allow you to force her to half ass your project to meet your deadline. She will be done, when she is done. Now please excuse me while i prepare my next project for Yachi.........

Yachika finished my site the other day so I'll give an honest review. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. She provided a great design and the site functions flawlessly. Communication was good, she always responded within 24 hours to my questions or request for updates. It took about a week from start to finish but to be honest I was expecting it to take about that long because of the delays discussed on this thread. She does great work and I will be using her again.

If you could please, carefully review the last e-mail I sent you about the site structure? the individual pages, home (not the home page as the main page) car, life, house, health, business, flood, boat, have a different page structure compared to the home page? I have sent the attachment to you three different times explaining this. Is this not clear to you? Because the way that you have it now set up is not how I want it set up. (There are other changes that have not been done yet as well.)

If you do not understand my instructions, would you understand them if we spoke by telephone?

I am anxious to begin working on the other sites as well, but we need to finish our first website to our exact specifications.
