Have had my completed work from op.
I am very happy indeed - the design is really good, op has good communication - I requested some changes and they were done straight away.
I will definitely be ordering more sites in the next few days.

I recently purchased the xhtml site design package from Yachi - To be honest I have only just had time to review as been very busy.
Very Very happy with this service! Yachi was very good on communication and we exchanged emails throughout the whole process.
Site was delivered very quickly and the quality was excellent - I had a few things that I wanted changing which Yachi done with no questions asked.
I highly recommend this service and I will be ordering again very shortly.

Thanks for the fast work. We did a small project and there was no scope for testing her creative abilities, I cannot comment on that right no.

Someone sent me a PM (I could not reply because I don't have 15 posts)
We hired and made a payment to Yachi for 2 web sites, and she did not respond to 2 emails that I had sent to her, so I was thinking I just got scammed, she did email after I posted here and she told me I would have my mock ups within 24 hours, that's about 2 hours from now...Obvioulsy I do have some concerns and I contacted paypall and I can dispute the payment and evidently they will refund my money that I paid to her.
I only decided to hire Yachi after some glowing reviews from other people on Black World who had used her for web work.
If she does not respond in the allotted time, I will request a refund of my money. In our initial discussions she replied quite quickly, and followed up with me at least 10 times....but when the money was paid the responses slowed right after a payment was made.
I will obviously report back on my experience, especially if I have to request a refund.

Same here, she was responding very fast to everything, and responses have now slowed considerably, The only reason i have not disputed with paypal is because of all the good reviews she has gotten here including one from a moderator. At the moment I am just hoping she is swamped with work and that is the reason for the lack of communication. However, it would be better business to not allow almost 1 week to pass without 1 update. I don't mind if it takes longer then expected as i would like her and her team to take their time so i get a good product, I just like to be updated along the way, or at the very least have my emails responded to in a timely fashion
