I dont have the exact statistics of the follow/no-follow list but it is a good mix because the very popular ones like as digg, stumbleupon e.t.c are also included.
Besides, all sites are unique and with solid PRs, so result is nothing but GUARANTEED and in only a few days.
As for the web 2.0, i am using a variety of properties, and number varies because i am constantly adding new sites and removing bad ones. Some of these properties you will also not find anywhere else.

Can you explain a bit more on your web 2.0 properties submission? How many unique web 2.0 are we getting? Are these only 1 tier, or 2 tier?

UPDATED FAQ:

Due to some new questions, I am updating the FAQs as below.

Web 2.0 Linking Structure

The entire structure will be made up of 3 main Tiers. Within each Tier, properties will be further interlinked randomly (i.e Property in Tier 1 linking to properties in Tier 3, vice-versa e.t.c) to further reduce footprint. Each property will carry 3-5 links.There will also be no fixed amount of property per Tier in order for each each order to be completely unique. So for the 1500 package, say Tier 1 has 450 properties, Tier 2 has 800, Tier 3 has another 350 or 400 and so on.


How Unique are your articles ?

I will be using several spun articles. For instance, the 1500+ package will use from 15-20 different articles. These articles will then be super spun so that each property will end up with its own 100% Unique Article.

How many Urls/keywords?

For best results, I will recommend 1-3 urls max, with each url targeting its own keyword.
