I'm wondering about the other potentials than just selling the sites on Flippa. If you were going to make money from Adsense it would probably have to be from organic traffic, but exactly how would you rank for keywords?

Would it be very specific keywords that get maybe 10 searches a month with no competition, but you have say 1,000 posts optimized for keywords like that?

I hope you understand my question. Thanks :D

Yea, so take the keyword that I have used in a few PM's etc.

I sorted the DB for Lawyers to only include "Union City, TN"

There were 29 records.

Now look at the total competing pages for the exact keyword "Union City, TN Lawyer"

There is 1,230 competing pages with that exact match keyword.

NOW

I know you will all say, but no one searches for that keyword - why because the town is small and probably the average population for Union City TN doesn't use Google to find their lawyers . . . but I am only using this as an EXAMPLE to show you what to look for.

is this list include their email address and are they real?
I'm willing to buy, but any discount?
And If I stop the subscription, all data is gone?

I'm interested in buying, by the looks of it it looks really easy to use.

My only question(s) are how much traffic is the example you provided receiving? And how much adsense Revenue are you getting per day?

Please be honest :)
I just want some sort of rough idea that way I can figure out how many sites I need to build.

Problem is you're competing with google places and likely many other business directories along with local websites.

I like the idea and have been thinking about creating sites like this for a while but I'm at a loss right now on how to generate decent organic traffic to it.

Any thoughts? I really want to buy it, I just need to know that I can get organic traffic to it. Places has just made it much harder to compete locally.

can the scraping be done for other directories/ listings esp. in non-US listings?

There is a 15% off discount to all BHW members (see above) for the discount code.

Email addresses are included (if the original listing had them).

Yes - they are real (scraped from YellowPages.com)

Nothing happens to the data if you cancel . . .

Truth is - I set up RealtyInKansas.com for the training videos only and have not even checked on the stats . . . so based on this question (I did just now).

Adsense - I can't tell because I didn't set it up with proper channels etc. (my gut says earnings in the 1 week since I set this site up are minimal).

A few things here . . . I didn't build any backlinks and keep in mind this domain was intended for the video training sites only.

Naturally, I am not going to show my own portfolio - but I can tell you this, my primary strategy for earning income online is from local directory's and setting up these micro niche sites.

So you have to decide what your income / day goals are and if this product fits into that goal.

Can these sites make $8,000 / month by itself? I doubt it . . .

Can it make $0.30 - $1.00 / day (with ease) . . .

The goal with these kinds of sites is to build and manage them en mass . . . . launch off 100 of these sites - build backlinks and you WILL HAVE a decent income at the end of the day.

Then don't stop there - build 500 sites . . . then 1,000.

That is how you make money online, hard work and executing something that works over and over and over again.

can the scraping be done for other directories/ listings esp. in non-US listings?

As of right now - it can not . . .

**Income Opportunity**

For anyone who steps in and builds 100+ sites with each site obtaining an average of just 20 - 30 clicks / day . . . . then I can show you a way to earn a minimum of $3 / day as my partner.

I REFUSE to divulge more details publicly - but if you do build out such a portfolio and you are serious about making money online - I can show you the way!

You think creating a bunch of these on subdomains would work? Is that $3 a day per site or total? Because $3 total a day is not very much money.

That figure would be based on total click volume . . .

Sub Domains would not count.

We have direct advertising relationships and some very slick technology to help monetize portfolios of value (especially in the local directory niche).

I am being vague on purpose, but picture it like this.

1,000 domains = $3k - $5k / day kind of income.

When you say 20-30 clicks do you mean visitors or clicks on ads? And would you suggest nationwide sites or local sites for doing this?

Do you offer this as a service?

I have a real estate blog here in OZ, it would be great to have a catagory of every real estate agent listed in the YP.

Let me know if you offer this.

20 - 30 visitors / day would suffice (all organic) << non paid.

Nation wide or Local would work just fine . . .

I guess I am a bit lost as to exactly what your after . . .

Shoot me a PM and we can work through it.

THIS IS A SCAM - RIP OFF - BULL SHIT

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SEE FOR YOURSELF - go to his website and click "log in". You get a Redirect error, been like that for about 4 days, thus wasting my 7 day trial.

Your SHIT service is down big boss, and has been for days. I've contacted you via Warrior forum, 2 email addresses, and PM. I was nice then - now I am having to warn others about your bull shit product, and also go back to yellow page scraping to CSV.

Hey, somebody please jack this dude's thread and suggest a product that actually does this (YP scraper > database > plug in with spintax and custom fields for data base fields insert into post)

Shit I'll do it - Local Pages ***** WSO is pretty close, just have to use your own data. With my custom set up, it includes just about everything this guys system does.

THIS IS A SCAM - RIP OFF - BULL SHIT

As a side note, it's pretty slick when it does work...which was for I think one day. I was all set on this too... but now it just makes me want to finish up my Local Pages ***** set up and sell that in conjunction with LPN as an affiliate.

WPDATASTORM IS A SCAM - RIP OFF - BULL SHIT

It's not a rip off, they offer a good product. Hopefully you can get a hold of them and work this out. I'm sure they'd like to know the problem and want people to go past the one week trial. I trust this helps!

You tried to already hijack the thread by saying you will work on a solution. I think you should be banned for good. Complaining from not getting access to a service that you didn't ay yet for is something children do.

Hey,

purchased this for a domain I got, played around a lil bit and set-up a plan.

Instead of micro niche I'll try to focus on first try on something bigger, so far it works fine.

Right now I'm waiting the trial period to extend to monthly, so I have a bigger volume to add.

So, for me everything worked like intended, had to rewrite a template a little bit for my needs, but works so far :)

After 2 days main-page is indexed in G without backlink blasting - only mass-pinging my sitemap on a daily basis and page 3 for a very competitive keyword (+90mio results and +40k global searches and tons of long tail keywords related to directories - so it's easy to achieve 900k - 1mio global search results) by only having 84 live from the transfered ones (as the stuff is scheduled).

So I'm looking forward to rank up fast with additional content - will write a review afterwards. But what I can say from know: it depends on the idea, luck (for domain) and some investment :)

Don't listen to jack shit from these people folks, go to the website, click log in (where you would go if you paid already, like I did) and see what happens. Redirect error. Been like that for 4 days now. There goes my PAID FOR trial.

I'll jack a scam page any day to warn people and get them a solution. I paid for this, bucko. I was also happy with the service - if it ever gets back up I'll be happy again.

FINE NOW - Ok it's back up. I've been checking pretty much hourly for, uh, days now. I think this service is good, but as of now seems very unreliable obviously...

Here is what is going on - for some reason the redirect he's set up is just going to the subdomain "clients" index, where as it should go to that /login - I don't think I can post the whole URL. Anyway, if you try and log in and get the redirect error, then just attach /login to the url that was generated by clicking on his home page log in button.
;P
