Rotating Google ADS legal?

HI there is it legal to rotate google ads in a same page beacuse i have website with only 1 page and people spend 1-2 hours on that page can i rotate google ad after every 10 mintues?whats the risk?
i have second website and Google showing adult webcam ads on that?i mean adult ads?my site is clean no adult content?

No you can't you'd be artifically creating impressions. I don't think your allowed to have adsense one page websites either, as i'mgoing to take a stab that it's some sort of chat/cam site ? if so that's a no no aswell.

Its super illegal you'll do 25-life for sure.

I'm pretty sure you can't do that, its not illegal but I'm almost positive it is against their ToS and can get you banned.
