I was just wondering if Yahoo & Bing are as strict as Adwords? What I'm trying to say is are they affiliate friendly or not really?
They are more lax but they have recently introduced their own quality score system and it seems to be buggy as hell. There are horror stories all over the net at the moment about their crazy editorial policies and major headaches getting ads approved. Dunno what the hell is going on over there at the moment.
bing/yahoo was once more relaxed, but they are trying really hard lately to be even more evil than google.
they are shutting off accounts without any warning because of the tiniest details without even a warning email. i guess they think that if they follow G's path of idiocy, they too will earn millions from ad revenue. but it wont work. people will realize that if they want to deal with stupid policies and bullshit they can just go back to google where there is more traffic.
the reason people use bing in the first place is to escape from the asshole-ish-ness of google, but if forced to choose between two assholes, people are going to go to the asshole with the most traffic.
I dont know about yahoo , but i can say bing is not at all strtict , i think it gives you many warnings before they do anything
does yahoo let your ads link directly to an affiliate sales page?
yes they are very strict
