These reports cost me $$$$ I am doing these reports for lead generation and to test the quality of these reports and my presentation skills--yes there is a tiny catch to this--it really is tiny.

These reports are free--Don't you dare judge that word free--read on--if you have a site that you haven't ranked yet and have been pondering an SEO strategy this might be for you.



I will show you where your opportunities lie, on page and off page, what your competition is doing, which keywords would be best to optimize for based on number of searches and number of competitors, how much traffic you could expect, and much much more.

I would ask that you be in the market for SEO services and be willing to let me present the information to you and how we can address what is contained within the report. This is practice for me that is all--it is not a sale I am particularly interested in as much as the experience of presenting this information to someone who is eager to hear it.

I think that is fair--no requirements to buy anything, just like one of those vacations you get for free and you gotta listen to their 2 hour pitch to try to sell you a time share....only this won't take 2 hours--maybe a 20 minute skype call.

Be warned these reports are seductive, and I have gone to great lengths to find the best talent in the industry to entice potential customers to thirst for more information, results, and tracking .


2 options
1. Give my team access to your site analytics in order to deliver an even more comprehensive report.
2. Report without analytics access--extremely detailed and thorough, but without the insight of your current metrics.

I realize I'm not Jr. VIP but I could really benefit from your report in two ways. For one I could always use a second pair of eyes on my website, i'm sure you will have advice that I had not thought of.

Second, I am working at a web design agency and I'm trying to get the SEO division going so I don't have to do all the dumb shit my boss wants me to do. I would be more than willing to hear your pitch, hopefully it can help me land a client at work....i'm in Ohio and we do local stuff... so don't have to worry about competition

My site is fairly new, so analytics won't be neccessary. I'm mainly interested in the most profitable method to monetize me niche. Thanks!

Just an idea ... try to find a Jr VIP or a donor who is willing to take part in your comprehensive report, but also agree ahead of time that the report will be public (blotting out the domain name of course), and detailed in this thread.

That way everyone watching the thread can see exactly what it is you do and judge whether it would be beneficial to them. (This is assuming that you want your report public, and that there's a Jr. VIP who doesn't care whether their keywords and other site data is made public).

Well sure I can send data for one of my sites, only problem is its mildly adult (selling sex toys). In the last month the site made $2330 in sales (for me that's about $582 profit). It's hooked up to ecommerce settings to see the sales coming in, I'll give you my Google analytics login. One thing is certain, I'll be one of the most detailed reviews of your services. I also don't care if my info is made public (the company I represent would love it if a million people jumped into this niche as affiliates). I'll PM you the info.

This has been a helpful experience for me already, thanks for everyone who is participating!

I want to point out that in the future I have better criteria and ideas for putting these reports on steroids, and catering to exactly what the site owner will need. This has also helped me to systemetize this process as well as create some standardization for future reports.

@PHPbuilt I am not a quitter, but I have to throw in the towel on your report man, more information below.

All others have been delivered. As you guys know you were kind of my beta test group for this project. Some of your reports look different than others, this experiment helped me to see some crucial things

• I need a standardized report that adjust based on client requests
• I need a thorough interview of the client's point A and where they want their point B to be.
• I need to establish realistic goals for what is possible and clearly communicate them to prospective clients

I want to continue to offer these reports for free (and keep making them better and better) with the BHW community for free.

So anyone who requests I will send you the full sample report (screen shot page 5 of 17 attached) I will just ask that you post your feedback and comments--honesty is appreciated.

This gave me a lot of insight

I learned I will need to ask specific questions for each site owner based on where they are and what work has already been done on the site. I also learned that there are some very impressive metrics I can come up with and some important goals to establish up front. Last but not least--I learned to take on 1 of these at a time--they require some TLC--but once my process is solid I can produce them by the truckload

@Dave had already done significant work to his site with deep page SEO when the report I produced for him was based off of the home page stats. This was a terrible miscommunication on my part--tis why I did these for free

@PHPbuilt you supplied me with some incredible information and super detailed keyword information you were looking for. I have spent the past several days trying to deliver on what we discussed to no avail.

All in all thank you guys for a great experiment and being part of this, it really is nice to get the interaction and practice working with intelligent business owners.

Please again any feedback good bad or indifferent is welcome and appreciated. For any future viewers if you are interested in getting a free report AND you meet the requirements ^^ AND you will be willing to share your report send me a pm and we will make something happen.
