I tried this and cancelled my order, because it made funny signs, and I didn't really get the use of that. He added an option that completely fixes the problem and now it's really awesome. Reordered now, even though I had planned to wait. I can't live without this

Just a couple quick comments. I initially grabbed this when it came out but when I tested it after purchase, the old version didn't work well with my software/bots. I canceled my subscription and the OP gave me a refund immediately, no questions asked. Since I saw that he's made changes so it now supports html rather than requiring unicode, I decided to give it another go as it's a great idea. The OP went above and beyond by sending me a text file so I could test it with my software to make sure it worked. So far it's been great customer service and the 5 articles I posted on one of my blogs when I initially tried it were indexed and ranked within the top 200 (with only a ping) within 48 hours so while it works, it works great! Excited about buying again so I can take full advantage of this great tool!
