this looks to produce a very easily identified footprint. meaning once g becomes aware of this then with one action you could uncover all sites using this method..

am I the only one seeing this.

so the guys may invest money and time and pay $37 per month for a few months and all sites gets whacked.

I guess you have short term and long term plans and it all boils down to R.O.I.

this may be good for web 2.0 properties and such for the throwaway sites but not on real $$$ sites

I think that is the reason he only modified the stop words. Everyone believes (nobody but big G know for real), that the search engines ignore stop words, hence the reason a person should avoid using them in the title of a website for example. The SEs would have to alter their algorithm to at least look at/for modifications to the stop words (it would certainly slow down their algorithm, as each bit of content crawled would now have to compare stop words for dupe checking). Of course, nothing lasts forever though.

Just tried posting on an aged HubPages account of mine...same result, detected within 20 minutes both times.

I wouldn't call it officially but HubPages seems to have killed this (if it ever worked in the first place)

Yikes. I was about to order, but if hubpages found a way to detect this, isnt it a given that Google will too? Like very quickly...?

I had this so I switched from the "visual editor" and pasted it into "HTML" instead... then it showed up normally on my blog.

The database has to use UTF-8 collacation for this to work. I had to create a new database for my website and everything started to work.
