Hey,

I`m looking to buy really, really cheap Chinese clothes. For example I want to buy them for 1/2/3 dollars and sell them for like 20/30. I know the only country that can get the job done is China. The question is where can I find that kind of company? If anybody knows something (any valuable information), I`m here - waiting for your help.

Thanks!

PS: I`m not looking for Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc. replica, just .. cheap clothes!

Have you checked out alibaba.com and globalsources.com?
You can find many suppliers there. But never pay with WU, Those are mostly scammers.

What kinda clothes are you looking for? I have done similar sourcing projects for clients with underwears and lingeries.

I may be able to help.

Well .. nothing special, any kind of clothes - just to be cheap - 1/2/3/4/5 dollars max. No brands or something like that, simple stuff.

Well, let me have details. With large enough quantities, I do not see any problems with this.

There are lot of chinese seller selling cheap cloths of different brands.......Consult with them..!!

Actually, you don't want China. You want somewhere like South Korea. But you can still find the stuff in China, where most of what SK makes goes to.

Unfortunately, you aren't going to find shirts that are "sellable" for $1-$4. At $5 you are just starting to get into clothes that you can actually sell to people like westerners, who are typically the ones willing to spend $20 for a shirt online. When I say "sellable" - this is in regards to style. You just aren't going to find good quality clothing for a really cheap price, unless you are planning on dropping a couple thousand dollars on an order of shirts. Or you can be Walmart and strong arm suppliers/manufacturers into selling shirts for $1, but even then, they are purchasing 100,000 shirts.

Also, something to keep in mind, Asian manufacturers don't typically manufacture clothing in sizes designed for non-Asians. A XL in China will be like a M on the average westerner, and short clothing is a common problem. Pants not touching the ankles, shirts stopping at the belly button, etc. Also, in the west, a low quality shirt could last a while, in China, a low quality inexpensive shirt might be lucky to last a couple washes.

A $3 shirt looks like this:

A $6 shirt looks like this:

If you know anything about the retail clothing industry, you are going to aim for a starting 350% mark up, which means that you will have to sell the first one for $10.50, and the second one for $21. Does that seem reasonable? And then once it doesn't sell after 3-6 months, you want to rotate your stock by trying to sell it for at least 200% to pretty much get rid of it and still cover online fees, which means you are selling that first one for $6, and that second one for $12. These prices probably look pretty similar for these unbranded styles you find at Malls in the U.S. Never underestimate the marketing and the cost of that marketing behind some of the name brands we all know.

I am into clothing from India. Good stuff and cheaper than china in most cases.
India is one of the major exporters of garments at best quality.

If your quantity is large enough, I can give you very good deals. I have all the resources at my disposal to get you garments at the very best prices/quality.

Contact me off board if interested.

For those prices you are either looking for underwear items or making large orders...

I can help with both but I do not do t shirts and the like, I do lingerie, sexy cocktail dresses, corsets (which regularly sell for $60+) in the US etc..

Anyway I just made a post regarding what I have learned so far regarding wholesale apparel trade. Dont forget that DUTY!! It can be as much or more than the garment so that $2 panty set you bought just cost you $5 after paying the duty!!

You need to select suppliers from the Alibaba and other trade platform, although there is some rating record on these platform, some are not real actually. Anyway it is not difficult to buy low price clothes from China. Do you want to buy existing models from the market or do you have your own design?

I found alibaba to be overrated in fact in regards to ladies apparel and such I can sell the items myself at a profit for what alibaba is selling them for. There are some differences though they CAN get a cheaper price BUT that is if you order large quantities, also they offer free shipping but then you have to wait forever to get it. I know I ordered some stuff for my wife.
