Easiest way to make one of these types of sites is make a memorial site where users can post messages. Just use facebook's comment plugin, boom, site done in 2 minutes. Great viral potential to because its facebook

Yes, it is very sad that Amy (or anyone) has passed away, but nobody means any harm by doing this kind of thing. Think about it this way: the reason the OP is doing it is because there will be millions of searches in the next few days. So people are looking for this kind of thing

I have got a wordpress.com url with a tribute picture for Amy Winehouse for fans to leave messages on. Underneath i have a Facebook group widget, and three Amazon items such as her two biographies and her back to black album.

I don't feel I'm making profit on her death, because:

A. Its up to the fans if they buy the stuff i'm advertising.

and

B. A chunk of the merchandise bought would go has royalties to the late Amy Winehouse estate.

Also i may decide to put any profits i make in to some drug related charity.
