Hi have tried and tested this method, it works like a charm every time.

1. Join a yahoo group related to your niche. My best groups are diet and freecycle, there is tonnes of traffic here. When you join opt to receive messages in your inbox

In one week you can receive nearly 10,000 emails straight to your email
add all these emails straight to your contact list. Yahoo makes it so easy with a single click you can add contacts quickly.

2. Go to facebook, create a facebook page. The more attractive the better (customise welcome page). As the admin you have the option of inviting contacts from your email. sign in with your yahoo account and all your niche targeted contacts from yahoo groups will be invited instantly to your page.
you will notice that most of your contacts are already on on facebook. (everyone is nowdays)

3. Wash repeat and rinse. If you do it a couple times, you will get 1000s of targeted facebook fans, nice and easy

Are you sure FB will really e-mail all those contacts ? I have got several accounts banned because I was "spamming" via this method aka uploading contact files, sending invites to fanpages.

Last time I tried mass inviting via email list, nothing was sent

because adding the sender's emails to contacts list in bulk not exist you must add them manually one by one !! and this is will take long time to be done !!

also for the mass invites by email : i think not work right now , i hope facebook fix it !!

tried this but getting very minimal result. i did add 7k contacts and only got about 9 likes. did a good fbml set on my page. will do some more test and hoping the best.
