Nice to see the mods 'actually' taking interest in resolving such disputes. Noticed quite a few threads about such scams. Probably one of the mod should lay down the basic rules before members start doing business? Such as best practices perhaps if it isn't here already.

And if some members engage in business despite what is clearly mentioned then it would be at their own risk? Just one way to ensure that the mods get to focus on the more important ones than the usual 'not being paid' threads!

He still used BHW, Mod please check his IP and Banned his IP address on BHW. Is it not possible Mods?

And Can anybody suggest me what I do next step so he not contact me and disturb me?? Should I take Legal Action against him?

Just a friendly advise here sakiv... You've most probably lost your money and you won't get it back. Now it would be time to continue working with clients who actually pay (and yeah remember to take at least 50% payment upfront). Don't waste your time with that scammer anymore because you're letting him affect your business more and more. On top of that 100$ you've lost even more by taking time to hunt him down and search him on the forums etc. You should just continue working and forget about this shit!

I don't mean to sound negative, I've been scammed a few times in the same way and I know how it feels man! I hope you all the best with your future projects!
