BEWARE GUYS!!!

ALL RIGHT!! Here I found you "Mr. JOSH LUCAS" user name: Trojans2511
Let people know about him first...

Few days before he hire me for making new design of zuvnir.com
He told me that I'll pay to you when my client pay....I asked him what if your client not pay you, then he say to me- He must pay us, Don't worry. So I trust him and start his job...

We design a new layout of zuvnir.com for him and make the changes 2-3 times as per his request without taking zero money. Now design completed I m trying to contact him last 4 days through Skype, Facebook, E-mail and his phone calls... He is not interested to talk to me...Maybe he not want to pay me anything.

We deal for 100USD and he not pay me single dollar yet.

But then again saying that they would of probably done a charge back/Dispute through paypal and won.

Either way should always take full payment upfront for your work.

its really unfair. if a person working for you its your responsibility to pay him whether you get paid or not. risk should be your because you are dealing with that client. just tell us if your client pay you a huge bonus for good work will you share that with that person who work for you?

While that is true in most cases, it is not where risk is established in the beginning.

If I tell you this is risky, I can't pay you till I get paid; you can't be overly upset that I can't pay you until I've been paid. Hence why I said it in the beginning.

Obviously if you don't warn someone in advance then you're being shifty.

Also, never work for free. Not ever.

Trojan can you tell why ur client didnt paid u ? this site layout looks good if u are working as a middle men u should protect some one who trust u isnt it ? its quite a lame excuse my client wont pay how if u work for a cpa and they give u same answer after u make few grands wont u shout like OP i think u should paid him from pocket its my opinion rest up to mods

We listen every-time to you when the work is going on...even we do unlimited revisions which cost us more then the real cost, at last we expect our hard work money.

I agree with OP here. From this quote "He must pay us, Don't worry." you're pretty much guaranteeing that the worker will be paid. Being your worker, it is your word that he trusts.

And the 4 days of ignoring the worker, is just plain irresponsible and shady. I have a full-time worker of my own, and pay him on time everytime, weekly. If I was not on during the daytime of payday, I would notify him first and make the payment immediately that night. But 4 days of ignoring your worker and keeping him in the dark and hoping it will be swept under the carpet, is just plain disgusting.

Just saw the website also, it's very well done. My opinion is OP should be paid a.s.a.p.

I hope there is justice for you sakiv.

You won't lose a dispute with paypal as a seller if the Goods involved is a virtual product. Thats a "loophole" that protects most sellers around here.

Dude... You might be innocent in this whole process, but this attitude would not help when you are on the wrong side of things. I work several times outsourcing orders to writers and if my client bungles up, the onus remains on me!
