opening a facebook page and not get blocked

I want to open my facebook page and I don't want to get blocked by facebook
my site is high traffic and it will reach to 4-5K likes very fast , but I've heard too many horror stories about facebook banning the page owner from changing it .
some say you should open a community page , some say NO you should open a brand/site page ; so I'm completely lost

how do you open a facebook page without being afraid of getting blocked by facebook ?

Dude, don't worry, fb won't ban you for 4-5k likes per day.

that's the problem
if I loose access to my account I'll loose all my efforts (Coding and etc...), I'm not gonna spam but I'm gonna post link to my site.
I'm gonna start,hope I don't loose my account !
