U2B Views? Help PLZ!

So I've signed up for U2B views and I've at least 1000 credits as of now. I want to redeem them on my videos. When I go to the page to manage videos, it says U2B videos is currently undergoing maintenance and will be down until February of 2011. This is JUNE!! What is going on? Please help me post a video!

It is down until today, (2nd June) so at some point today or tomorrow according to that it should be back up and running.
