activation or license transfer usually happens within 12 to 24 hours. For me, it happened between 1pm to 4pm GMT +8 (also around in the afternoon of the creator's timezone)

I have a real problem that I would appreciate your help with:

I have sb and have just started using it with my first AA list (approx 45K) bought from v reputable member.

My first blast produced a successful posting rate of 70-80% and 7/8 days after I saw great results.

However I did about 3 other blasts using the same list all more or less one after the other and they've produced nothing; the success rate was the same, I know the links exist because I've manually checked them but they don't even show up in the sb backlink checker.

So what am I doing wrong?
btw - I am using:

• 2 x files of names
• 2 x files of emails
• 1 x huge list of high quality spun comments
• 10 x private proxies from yourprivateproxy

what i do before a blast is retest my private proxies, if this doesnt help, maybe try doing a bandwidth test as these really affects the posting.

you might want to consider the maximum connection for fast poster : proxy to be 1:1. this settings is working great for me

i'll post some more in case i thought of something to help you out

I got activation email saying your ScrapeBox is activated but when I open that software again it says "Error #17".

Don't know the exact reason.

Thanks majin22 however the success rate of all the blasts I did was between 70-80% - but only 1 blast had an effect.

Would what you suggest make a difference to them actually being recognized by the big G?

No, not unless the music plays on page load and it has a tracking system that would track a really basic page load.

Most likely its tracked via some sort of script. Even if its a on page load tracking, its likely going to discard the kind of traffic that scrapebox creates.

Error 0 is a generic general socket error. Most generally with scrapebox this means that something like a firewall or antivirus is blocking the malware checker from accessing the internet. Most firewalls built into A/V programs block sbox and its addons by default. Like my Mcafee tried to block every sbox addon when I would run it as well as scrapebox.exe my trend micro I have on 1 pc, blocks black hat world. So check out the firewall and Anti Virus and make sure you add full access allow rules for all things scrapebox.

This is somthing that may have to be revisited too. Whenever your firewall, anti-virus update it could see scrapebox as a thread all of a sudden and block it. When scrapebox updates, depending on its MD5 hash the anti virus or firewall can see it as an all new program and then block it, and you will have to add rules again. Its a vicious circle, run a/v and firewall to keep the bad guys at bay and it winds up creating its own set of problems to deal with.

I think ezlegion meant that he used one AA list on his website got a 70-80% success rate and say search page increase immediately. He then used the list on the same domain or another domain again later in the week and saw no increase in search rankings. Is that what you are saying ez?

There are those of us here who think that the link credit is given at the IP level. Meaning if I link my domain to your domain 1 million times it really is only 1 link as my site is on 1 ip and your site is on another ip right?

If I have 300 sites on 300 different ips and I link to you from each site 1 time you now have 300 links.

There is an argument in the SEO community as to whether this is valid or not since some huge hosting companies have thousands if not hundreds of thousands of pages on one ip address, however I think it is 100% true.

So what do you do now? Do what I did. Try to have as many of your sites on their own ip as possible. Preferably a unique ip only being used by your site.

just got a vps, now i'm waiting for my sb license transfer. after everything is working, then it's time to get some private proxies ^___^

How safe would be lite use directly from a PC, say 20k per week scraping / posting, of course using proxies? I don't want to mess with my ISP (the only game in town), but at the same time I'm completely green when it comes to BH and SB and don't want to spend money on a server before I learn.

I have over 250 websites and want to take it easy at first...
