Massive Direct Scrapebox Blast on Brand New Website

Awesome thread and great updates. I have some sites aswell but, not making even close to as much as you are with the one site.

Same seller and everthing (I'm assuming). Too tired to read the whole thread now but, am thinking about printing it.

Printing it on pdf and selling on WF?

Hey Everyone,
As for progress on the Scrapebox list site, I've finalized a design with my developer and will start to deploy it this week. Hoping to open up by the end of this week. Will announce it with a Donor banner link in my sig as permitted by BHW rules.

Questions and comments always welcome! Thanks everyone. :D
Finally... u come out with the list... was this the motive in consideration when the thread started?!

Who knows, but I advise people to make their own list.

It's so damn easy with Scrapebox and means you'll have fewer people competing with you for the links on each page.

Did you read the thread? (ps: isn't it really freaking annoying when people mess around with font size and color?! Makes things hard to read doesn't it?)

Update - YSE shows about 13k links indexed, still hovering at position 11. Around 10 visits a day. Need to get to 30 to make one sale a day.

Note - if you're doing massive scrapebox comment blasts, the bottom line is you need to use an unmetered VPN and private proxies. No exceptions.

I have ScrapeBox running 24x7 now (shuffling between a few sites).

Also, I'm going to start building backlinks to my sitemap and inner pages.

Will keep you updated!

Hey Everyone,

Real quick post here.

UPDATE:

Since May just ended I figured it would be a great time to recap.

For inbound links in YSE I'm at 35,347. Still picking up links consistently.

Google Webmaster Tools is currently showing over 6,400 backlinks and am currently receiving impressions or clicks from 113 different keywords.

I finished the month with 1,123 unique visits and 2,754 page views. That averages 36 visits and 88 page views per day. This also included two days where the statistics were not working, so the actual average is a tick higher.

Here is a graph from Majestic SEO showing link growth:

Overall I think May was an excellent month. It really blew me away actually at how well a massive direct blast could be. I used no other back linking strategy. Just blasted the shit out of it.

I'm trying to decide on one of two steps moving forward. I can continue to blast and add content to the current site and keep this going. Or I could start this on a brand new site to verify that massive direct blasts to in fact work.

I'd definitely like to hear from all of you on which path to take this thread.

As far as launching the SB lists site, I am hoping to get that done this week. My current consulting contract has entered review month at the end of the Fiscal year, which has kept me from making as much progress as I'd like. Again, I'll announce with a Donor banner in my sig.

Questions and comments always welcome!

it would be interesting if you stopped blasting your current site but continued to monitor what happened with it while you started blasting a new one.

That's actually a pretty good idea. I'll see if anyone else chimes in and go from there.

Keep it up looks good!

I'm following similar projects with some of my sites, around 100k competition keyword doing around 1-5k comments per day on daily new scraped list. So far at 13# for main keyword.

Strange. I have over 3000 backlinks according to Yahoo Explorer, yet on Google, it's 0.

Bfellow, how many backlinks is Google giving you if you go to Google and type link:www.yourdomain.ext

There is always a big discrepancy between Yahoo and Google. YSE publishes updates much more frequently and the are more current. Google's link information always lags behind.

Currently in YSE I have 35,616. In Google I have 7,094. For the longest time Google reported no back links even though I was receiving good traffic from Google and I had thousands of links in Yahoo.

Just give it time and they will show up. It took about a month for my links to start showing up in Google.

Hi, I found this thread when my site was sandboxed! Also a brand new site and I'm new to scrapebox and was probably a little errr enthusiastic getting started!

The sandbox was only on the homepage, all other pages were fine, it was definately gone, when I searched for the domain name the other pages came up and the homepage url didn't.

But anyway - after reading this post I continued, I added links to a lot of the other pages as well instead of just hammering the homepage, and began to target a lot more phrases as well, and in truth - the homepage is still not on there, but I've retrieved the highest position I've had (number 9), but it's for the rss feed which links to the home page - bit bizarre but heading in the right direction!

The site had zero links and wasn't indexed by Google, although positions have been a little shaky, it is now a lot mroe stable and slowly creeping up, seems to have lost a lot of the "slap on the wrist" from the big G. I've recorded 4171 backlinks on Yahoo in about 2 weeks, which to me sounds like a heck of a lot having never used scrapebox before!

I had a list of about 4000 auto approve sites that I posted to and checked, then i've been a bit long-winded, and done a site check for each one which gave me around 1million links, i've then removed dups and split the list down into files of 40000, i'm then going through each of those and checking them - very time consuming, but so far have around 30000 links now and most of them haven't been found by other scrapeboxers :)

would love a copy of your list as well!

Just give it time and they will show up. It took about a month for my links to start showing up in Google.

I thought this might help others...

When I started, I had zero links and wasn't indexed - brand new site... I probably blast to around 5000 sites every 3/4 days, but some of them will be the same domain - not ideal, but I'm new and just making new lists....

After 1 day, I had 1 link on yahoo :) and was indexed by google.
Day 2: I started showing up on page 2 of my main phrase - it's not extremely competitive and the phrase is an exact match to the domain, a search comes up with just less than 4million results, but its not a massive competition spree to the top of the list!
Day 11: This was when the dip happened, i'd been loitering at the top of page 2 until this day, and then the home page dropped off the face of the planet. One of my other pages however was showing up at number 86. I continued the link building, if anything increasing it to more "little but often" with the lists I had. I had 1192 links when the homepage vanished.
Day 14: Jumped up to number 61 with a recorded 3373 links.
Day 15: Jumped to 57, with 3827 links.
Day 16: Page 1!!! Number 9 though, and the home page is still missing lol, but an improvement. Recorded 4148 links on yahoo.
Day 18: Today, not much change in number of links, at 4133 today but have stuck at number 9 since. Just checked Google links for the first time and have a mega 43 links!!!

I will go through one of my 40000 unchecked lists now with the site, which is kind of what i've been doing every couple of days... the 40000 links should produce around 2000-4000 extra auto approved links - not all on unique domains, but it looks like its working well.

I know it's probably better to do a sitemap search etc, and focus on pages with "comment here" etc - but I just tried everything that came up and there's been quite a few surprises...

For instance, there are a few pages that dont have comment boxes etc, and there are say 10 links on there in sidebars - all for my sites only, nobody else seems to have found them which is nice :)
Whether they will make a major difference or not I have no idea, but the work seems to be paying off with the volume of links being generated - it's just awaiting to see the results really truely on the SERPs...

Ive done link building before, and normally have to wait for the google dance every 3-5 weeks to see results, scrapebox seems to provide very good link numbers so far, but results are a little erratic...

sites seem to dip for one or a few phrases after 5-7 days, then boost back or if not higher after another 5-7 days, but I'm still waiting for "wow" results in truth, it's all very impressive and I can't see why results won't get any better, I guess it's just a case of how long it will take!

I've been watching this thread... so where's the OP now? O_O

I posted above your post about 3 hours before yours, so I haven't been gone that long! ;)

Not to much to add at the moment. YSE is at 35,900 links as of this moment.

As for what to do with the website, I like what someone posted earlier (sorry for not noting name, only got a minute to type this). The idea of leaving this current site alone now and seeing how long it lasts, and blasting a brand new site. If a direct blast like this works twice, I think that is definitely some confirmation.

I am thinking I might make this one more public and announce the domain from the beginning. The problem I see though is that someone could maliciously interfere in someway. So I am still thinking about this.

What does everyone think. Second site, totally open or is this to risky?

bfellow I think the wise thing to do would be to keep it under wraps...

I mean the last thing you want is to do this case study is have it be spoiled by some troll on here..

You've put in a lot of work and from this thread a lone I think you've done a remarkable job at hammering the living shit out of your site and giving a valuable live case study to go along with it.

five star thread.

Thanks
