Massive Direct Scrapebox Blast on Brand New Website

To bfellow, muchacho, tyron and all the AA hunters out there. This can potentially save you HOURS of your blast & check sessions.

When you have a main list (say A.TXT) to check for AA candidates, it almost always look like:

www.example.com/?p=30
www.example.com/?p=31
www.example.com/?p=32
www.example.com/?p=99
(.. continues to tenths or hundreds of the same )
www.othersite.com/?1..
www.othersite.com/?etc..

I realised It is a waste of time if you was to blast & check to ALL of them. Why?

The logic behind it is, "If I blast ONLY to one post for EACH domain, and it is "AA Positive", then by logic all the remaining (brother posts) of
the same domain, SHOULD bea AA too"

So how to actually blast to ONE post of each domain, and if and only if it later results AA, then collect the remaining posts from the same domain,
without acutally blasting and checking them? No need for external tools, SB is the man!

Ok You have your main list A.TXT that you want to blast for AA candidates (List naturally includes DUPLICATED DOMAINS, but not duplicated urls which you sholuld already have stripped out)

1- Import & replace A.TXT on SB - main list loaded
2- "Remove duplicate DOMAINS" from list A.TXT
3- Save results to B.TXT
4- Blast the whole B.TXT list (it contains ONLY ONE blog post for each domain)
5- Do "Check Links" after blast and Save live links results to B_AA.TXT.
6- Import & replace A.TXT - main list loaded again
7- "Select the URL list to compare AT DOMAIN Level" -> load B_AA.TXT. (erases ALL the AA AND THEIR BROTHERS)
8- Save results list to -> C.TXT (This is like the negative list. Contains ALL MAIN URLS EXCEPT FOR THE ONES WE SUCESFULLY POSTED & AUTO-APROVED.. plus their brother posts )
9- Import & replace A.TXT - main list loaded again
10- "Select the URL list to compare" (Important: NOT AT DOMAIN LEVEL THIS TIME) -> load C.TXT
11- Save results to TOTAL_AA.TXT. This is the deal, now you can add it to your huge super ultra big final list of AA. Your next blast will include all the extra "free" AA urls..

To confirm that you did all ok, you do an extra "Select the URL list to compare AT DOMAIN Level" against the current results (TOTAL_AA.TXT), and load B_AA.TXT.
Now the SB Panel should look 100% blank, if not, something went wrong.

With this method you are able to gather a list of all the single domain posts that are auto aproved, PLUS their brothers from the same domain, and you do it without
wasting time on blasting & checking those hundreds of links. Let me know if this worked for you guys!
Thank you very much for this method, this will surely save me a lot of time!
repped you ;)

bfellow, you say you use Rank Checker (Firefox add-on), but unless I'm not using it correctly, there's no way to check sub pages rank, such as:

domain.com/article1.php

Is this the case? If so, can you (or anybody else reading this) suggest another free rank checking app, as it's not only the root that I'd like to keep an eye on.

Yeah I've already been doing this too, but there's a problem.

If you have:

domain.com
domain.com/blog/post1

in your list, it'll often remove one of the long URLs and keep the root.

As the root won't be auto approve, you've lost out on the actual blog itself.

So I tend to just post to the lot and check them.

Excellent point, so the solution to this is to apply the "Remove root domains" BEFORE the process (loopline tool)

Am I the Tyrone you're referring to? Hehe. Anyway thanks for that. I've been doing that, with a little "double checking"... I just don't have the exact file names. :D

Yes bdtyrone - I get confused by all the filenames too, managing lists is a mess!

Chaskiboom - Thanks very much for that method - I'm new to scrapebox. Its like every day since I got this software I discover a new way to do things

Im new too, still looking for a great way to gather autoaproves. There is a post that summarizes the best scrapebox threads, it helped me a lot:

I'm starting to do the same thing you are but everything is PR1 and above. We'll see how that goes. After that I may add in some PR0 but for now I want some positive backlinks.

after blasting via Scrapebox for two weeks (probably 300k blogs), YSE has indexed over 10k of my links. Pretty impressive.

I'm still stuck in the Google Dance (currently hovering around position 10) - once that settles I should be in the top three.

BUT...

Comcast has essentially shut down my internet connection. The moment I turn on Scrapebox, they nail me down to dial-up speed. Ha.

So, now I need to get a VPN - any suggestions out there for good and cheap VPNs that have unmetered bandwidth and plays nice with Scrapebox?

I've had good luck with these guys:

Bfellow, I have a question.

When you have done a blast, do you retry the failed ones, or just do a single run and then check for links found / move onto the next batch of URLs?

This thread is awesome, I want to buy scrape box now and give it ago on my main site

I did that with SB andmy URL has been gone for about a month now. Its not back yet though... :(

but did you keep doing it or did you stop? that's the question. stopping is the kiss of death.

makes a lot of sense. also as bfellow said, link velocity. it has to seem natural. big G isn't stupid, but you can still manipulate it bhw style

Hey Everyone,

Took some time off from work for the Memorial Weekend. I'll be posting regular updates again now. First I'll do an update, then questions, then moving forward.

UPDATE:

Everything is going really well with the site. My daily average over the month of May continued to climb. Here are the daily averages for April and May:

April: 6.00
May: 34.93

On May 24th I had a new daily high at 89 visitors from search. The way this is trending, I expect June to average 50+ visitors a day. Rankings continue the slow upward crawl upwards. I have several dozen first page rankings including a number of position 1 page 1 rankings for long tail keywords. Over the course of may I have received traffic from 88 different keywords. My primary keyword is still holding at position 7 page 1.

As for backlinks, Yahoo Site Explorer is reporting 26 indexed pages with 33,348 backlinks. My backlink count continues to climb everyday and did so over the long weekend with out me doing anything.

Google is finally starting to report links in Webmaster Tools. GWT is reporting 5,370 links. GWT also is reporting that I rank for 98 keywords and am receiving over 1,000 impressions per day and climbing. This data tends to lag, so I expect this to only increase over the coming week.

QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS:
Bfellow, I have a question.

When you have done a blast, do you retry the failed ones, or just do a single run and then check for links found / move onto the next batch of URLs?

I do. You'll never get them all in one pass. What I do is run the whole list, then I will take the failed ones and run those over. I'll repeat this several times. I tend to get my overall success rate up over 90% with a couple of runs against proven AA lists.

damn why did you have to come bearing bad news :D

makes a lot of sense. also as bfellow said, link velocity. it has to seem natural. big G isn't stupid, but you can still manipulate it bhw style

In response to the two quotes above me, it is all about link velocity. I carpet bombed the shit out of this website with links and DID NOT ping them. Some links get picked up right away, others take weeks, even months to get picked up. This will help maintain link velocity. Google doesn't like seeing a sudden spike followed by nothing. You have to keep the ramp up and down fairly consistent. I have a strong feeling that I am past any sandbox, at least for the time being and I am adding new keywords and new page ones everyday. Just keep it consistent, and make sure you keep adding content, even if it is 1 article a week.

MOVING FORWARD:

Moving forward I'll be adding more content and then focusing my backlinks on these pages. I have a new article I am going to be adding today and a few more by the end of the week. My goal for this week is to add 4 articles and at least 50,000 backlinks to each article. I'm starting to max out vertical growth (ie visits to existing pages) and need to expand horizontally (adding new pages to grow).

As for progress on the Scrapebox list site, I've finalized a design with my developer and will start to deploy it this week. Hoping to open up by the end of this week. Will announce it with a Donor banner link in my sig as permitted by BHW rules.

Questions and comments always welcome! Thanks everyone. :D

I think link velocity further makes sense because some websites blow up overnight. It would be stupid of Google to place potential viral sites in the sandbox just because there's a sudden "interest" (backlinks).
