Dude, this is not the first time I do this.
I have done this for a while now, ever since i started my first seo optimized sites in January.
I wanna get a software that gives me good keywords and tell me if its a easy or difficult SERP. Well..

All the good KWs are not taken... tell me your interests, shoot me your email via PM and I'll do some research for you for free and email you a list of KWS that you can rank for.

What about niche reaper at $67 a month - lol another pay monthly service, or Brad Callens niche finder, it's on here somewhere, MNF too and of course Market Samurai, have you used any of these?

I just bought 1 keyword but I'm not sure about that
I don't do one, I do a bunch because ranking for one KW will only get you some traffic but ranking for a lot of KWs will get you a bunch of traffic.
I'm all about getting a bunch of traffic.
I don't have time today to do help you as I am limited to my time online due to some recent medical stuff but I'll help you out next week. Shoot me a PM with things that interest you and your email address and I'll send you a bunch of related KWS that you can build a site around.
It'll be 4 - 5 days or so from now but I'll help you out.

I thought of some keywords last night off the top of my head. I checked them and found 12000 exact match searches, low competition, under 100k results for exact match search and a nice cpc. The top 10 sites are weak. Checked the domain and the exactmatch keywords.com was available. Got it reged. Took all of 10 minutes.
Im not going to share my keywords but I'll give you a clue as to how I came up with them. It was simply something I had been searching for that I knew was popular yet not mainstream. When I couldnt find what I wanted and since I am always doing keyword research I naturally wondered how many other people were looking. I got lucky but as the old saying goes, chance favors the prepared mind. Always keep your eyes open and what you seek will appear.

Well guys, it seems that im not the only one who is sitting in front of the screen like a geek evry day. 3-5 hours a day.
It takes to to search up 1 keyword, and then check the serp and stuff like that....Oh!
I really dont have any money to spend on a software to be honest.

My Friend you can never find a place in this whole world where there is no competition.That is why survival of the fittest comes. One thing I would like to mention that if you think that being in a targeted niche you site will always drop out from the race then its a wrong theory.Personally I have few sites on highly targeted niche and I am really making good out of it.Hence,I would like to say you that if you really want to search for good niche then go for the highly competitive ones and at the same time see how much UV it can draw to the money site.For this firstly you have to think from a web surfer's point of view and focus what you have been looking for while browsing in internet.In this way we can hit some of the niches.I am not saying that this policy is 100% effective and your guess will be perfect and will make you millionaire but atleast you will get a track on which you can move further. Next,a little research is always important.
After you have selected the niche then a good way of searching for keywords is to check for CPA offers.Let me tell most of the offers that the CPA company runs are really targeted and hence you will get and insight of what to do next.Try selecting those products on which offers are running and which will go apt with your niche and hence make research to find keywords related to these products.
For keyword research,always start for medium targeted to highly targeted one.You can take the help of Adword keyword research tool to give you a rough idea about the local and global competition for that particular keywords.Try targeting a group of keywords which will have both the moderate as well as highly targeted ones.Make good posts on it (content should be keyword rich although keyword stuffing should be avoided) and then try ranking each posts.Plus if you can monitize your site with adsence i guess you start earning good.Initially you might not recognize a fat money but again if the niche is highly targeted then it can make you good money in long run.

Shadowcat: Nice post. Yeah. I will definitly go with keyword with high competition but since im new in SEO / im (I've been in this game for a few months) I will start low so i can earn something and then upgrade myself.

edit: Why would I just give up a 1mill + broad match and 90K exact KW with seriously low competition (and I mean 'oh my god really?' low)+ an open slather to view the other possibilities that the KW can give?
I'm not going to do anything with it and it's just a word...
Always gets me the protection that people have over a word... guys have some confidence in your abilities to kill the competition for that word, or don't try.
