Can I buy 10,000 visitors and split them to two sites? Or to user 2,000 on one site and wait a few days and then us it to the same site?

I would like a fill refund of what i have paid in March as i am not getting what i was told i would get.

I have kept all PM's with Ekta on this issue and if needed i will post copies of all correspondence.
