imo it's stupid.
Say you get good results. You're going to get thousands of people doing the same thing.
Once upon a time blog comments and forum links were really good, but people decided to push the envelope with those too, now they're garbage.
Glad you understand, it's just how I feel. Cant' really change it.
Yeah it's not a ton of links, but what if someone decides to try 1000 pushes, then 10,000 pushes. etc. etc.
This was created because it is a hobby of mine with the intention of possibly monetizing it in the future.
So you are actually going to make a project, mainly based on your own preference and hobby. That's a good start for a success full forum
If you don't mind, then please pass on the url in a PM. Especially if the forum is d0 follow
Why did you pick the linkpushing as your link strategy? Do you have good experience with his link service?
Just curious because I consider to try out his service myself.
are you friends with the link pusher guy or is this an unbiased run just to prove it works. and will you be honest and let us know if it get's sandboxed?
This is interesting because I haven't seen much movement with link pushing alone on any of my sites but then I never pushed the envelope with it either. That being said I use the service more or less as an upkeep to keep fresh links rolling in.
What I don't understand is why a forum and why 200 pushes a month? Not very many people could afford the monthly cost of the 200 link push. I would have loved to see a niche site with low to mid competition with an affordable link push plan. I think more people would be able to relate to this.
Don't get me wrong I love what Greg and Kevin Are doing and I fully support Linkpushing as I am also a customer but I would love to have seen some a smaller site with competitive keywords over a forum. IMHO OFC.
Got a site like that?
PM me/email me/skype me and let's see what we can do as a case study!
I know you well enough that if you have a site like that or if you want to build a site like that you will be honest in your assessment, good or bad.
I think that would be an awesome case study! I am also following this one too, to finally close the door on the paranoid sandboxers. But 200 push plan does seem a little steep for the average user.
I agree that it is steep for the average user but the thing is, if I can't hurt the site with 200 pushes then anything below that will not hurt sites either. And this is a new site that is just over a month old.

BTB - have you made a case study, where you get a site out of it's sandbox?
How many links do you get to your money site with each push?

How many links do you get to your money site with each push? I doubt that it's going to be a problem, but it's always interesting to get some facts from your test, rather than guessing![]()
