Here comes my review pt. 1. I placed an order on April 15th and got my report yesterday. The report itself is really nice done including URLs, usernames, passwords etc. The articles they used are written well and the web 2.0 properties look nice with text, pics and video. Communication was good as well. Regarding the results I can't give a review yet, since my SERPS didnt change yet (just one position up from top of Page 2 to the bottom of page 1 in google). I will keep you updated whether this service will help my website to climb higher on Page 1 in Google.

PS. For those who havent received their reports - check your SPAM box. Conversation with the staff and the report landed in my SPAM folder each time although I marked it NON-SPAM.

same by me. i became my report after 9-12 buisness days and the first was in the spam folder

Sometimes people should use the email "response button" to the order mail Then after 24 hours sherryl will answer. Sherryl is the man from the support at seo factory.

Update to the Serps:
Report come at 04/26/2011 i moved from rank #31-37 before order to rank#16. 2 days ago i was on rank #21.

My sincere apologies for the long delay occurred in replying here or to PMs. I had to fly back to my home country and it took more than a week to get a proper internet connection here. However, work was going on as usual and reports were being sent out regularly.

Review:

I ordered two $57 packages on 4/17/11. I received both reports on 4/30/11.

Time:
I really dislike how it takes so long to receive the reports, but my first order I suppose had spam problems, and the second I can understand his internet connectivity problems.

Articles:
Excellent, copyscape passed and A+ on the style, wheel, etc.

Video:
It's better then most outsourced video's. Love the music, how the stuff fades out, etc. They did spell "Debt", to be "dept", but hell I'm not marketing these video's there merely there for google. Still good service.

Serp:
Since I JUST GOT THE REPORT BACK, I'm sure its far to early to tell.

FDC was position 3, remains position 3.
ODC was position 13, remains position 13.

Cd was position 4, and it's position 2 now ;-)
HTCD was position 6, and is now position 2.

I'm going to drop these into linklicious, and throw 30k blog comments at them and see if that helps. I'll update with serp in the next few days given it changes. I think this service is kick ass; just minus the length in getting the reports. Order away

Yes, I do understand the issue with waiting for reports. We are trying to improve this and get it back to 7 business days first. We should be there in a week's time.

He offered to refund my money and send me my report so I must jump in here before I even get to completely review what he sent.

I got my report this morning with video and excel file. It looks to be complete and in order.

So I will review the report Tom sent me and give a full review later.

Yes, we had to send the report on 25th of April, and that's what I had promised you before I left my base. I had arranged to send your reports on Monday itself. Sadly, they completed another order which was on hold, instead of completing yours. Since I was away, I couldn't follow up on this, or even check your messages. So, I was quite unaware of what happened till I came back online. My apologies for all the frustration this had caused.
