Hi. You want a honest answer so I will give you one although I haven't received the reports of my four orders. On at least two of my four orders, this service is extremely good. I haven't received my reports yet so I assumed the orders are not completed because I told Tom to take his time, I am not in a hurry for quick ranking. However, I can already see my articles (provided by me) and videos (created by Tom) of my projects rank high on the serp to push the link juice.

The above two of my orders were used in comination of another service on this forum and achieved amazing results in a relatively short time in one of the most competitive fields. I don't want to name names here but you can easily find out from all my posts. For the price that Tom charges for his service and methods, no harm will come to your site while your site pushes ahead on serp steadily.

I received my report for the full package including the bonuses.

I was very patient while it took over two weeks. I was told it would be delivered before Easter and then told it would be after Easter which was fine except I had promised the work done before then to the customer.

During this time Tom had trouble and I understood. He then offered to refund my money and I requested a refund only for the basic package not the bonuses because I believed he would deliver and I was really in a bind with the owner of the site so I really need the work done after weeks of waiting.

Tom refunded and then delivered the basic package and it looked nice but no delivery on the thousands of links in the bonuses I had ordered and didn't get refunded.

What was delivered looked good and was in order. I wished I had gotten the thousands of links I had promised the customer.

But even with the basic package it is not performing well. After 3 weeks I have maybe 5 links indexed from the articles. I was sent all the pinging services they used but I'm not sure they were ever pinged at all because I'm not seeing many backlinks.

I look bad to my customer and need to start over now after wasting 3 weeks time. I lost even more trust from my customer.

Yes the articles and video were ok, the video had a typo...no problemo. I paid less than most of you due to my partial refund. So at least I wasn't out all of my money.

And granted some of the links may be indexed in the future.

But overall a very bad experience and I lost more time than I gained from the links so far.

A big thumbs down! Bad experience for me.

Thanks for your detailed review.

It's true that your order was messed up from day 1. This was my own mistake and has nothing to do with the service or my team. Your payment came after a day since you had issues with completing the payment. And once you made payment I failed to communicate this to my team members and this caused a long delay in completing the order.

That's the reason I went ahead and asked for the transaction ID, so that I could refund your payment. I wanted to do the full refund and not a partial one. I refunded the payment you made ( the one with the transaction ID you sent me ). Please send me the other transaction ID as well, so that I can process the refund for the additional options also.

Even though you placed your order on April 10th, it took almost 18 days to complete after all the confusions. My sincere apologies for that. It will take another week or so before all the links are picked up by Google. We have only a limited capacity ( 3000 links/day ) for our indexing infrastructure and your links are getting processed at the moment.

If you don't get to see any visible movement even after next 7 days, please feel free to contact me and I will arrange to do whatever it takes to help you out.

If you are expecting your links to show up in yahoo explorer so fast, you live in a different world. Yahoo explorer is fast to pick up all the junk blog comments, but it takes it a long time to show WEB2.0 blogs, article links or forum profiles, which is what you get in this package. If you are trying to rank in yahoo, than this package is probably not your best option, but you should have known that given that you have customers that order SEO services from you. In my experience Tom & Co. do a great job indexing their links, better than the most I've seen, they do much more than just ping the links. Do yourself a fun test, make some profile links and ping them & then tell me how many of them show up in yahoo explorer.

I believe his post was more out of his frustration with the initial delays, which is quite understandable. It was my own mistake, no one else to blame.

His full refund was made, but I am going to keep an eye on the indexing rate which has increased quite well in the last couple of days. A good majority of the web 2.0 sites are indexed and more will be in the coming few days.

We utilize our own indexing clusters and a commercial indexing network called "Nuclear Link Indexer" for indexing purposes. Pinging alone do not index new links these days. That holds 100% true for profile links.
