Young-ish I'd say, 20 odd sounds good.
Also it is to be noted though that you should use an aged account if you have any, as they'll offer you a lower price if it's a new account or maybe not at all.

The key to this is getting LOTS of followers for decent returns otherwise you're just getting 2 or 3 dollars.
To this date I haven't found a site/application for this, I'm stuck with TweetAttacks free which is decent. But takes a long time to get followers because you can only follow 2 k people at any one time of course.
If anyone knows any other applications/sites could they please P M me, or share here for all to benefit.

Hmm you'll have to check with twitter if there is a defined number, as I simply don't know. I do know though, that the maximum follow limit is 2k until you have a 1:1 ratio I believe; making it 2k followers, 2k following.
I may be wrong though.

Im having problems with twiends. I signed up and intially got 12 followers. Now it says i have 65 seeds and it's not adding anymore people. Do i just have to leave it there? Also when i try to like other peoples stuff it trys to connect to my facebook again and it won't let me.

Yes. It happens sometimes if you followed too much people. Just wait for awhile and follow again. By the mean time liking FB fans page is another good choice.

Don't worry in twiends they will stop you from following people if your account hit the red flag. Just create a fake FB account and like all the page it's just more useful from just following people in twitter.
