They is also another plugin called goingup which is a cheap version of awstats if the hosting your with doesn't support it.

Onlywire is a great plugin for any wordpress blog and it really does help a lot i've also used statpress.

Yoast Wordpress SEO has better sitemap support then Google XML Sitemap and it supports multi-site sitemaps
but completely agree with W3 Total Cache!
