Hey, this would be my first foray into the BH SEO world but I was wondering if I could use this plugin to promote a site that is not a WordPress site? I have a WordPress blog as well but I want to focus on SEO for my link shortening site. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!

Say I have an html site on the front end(mysite.com) and a back end wordpress blog(mysite.com/blog) Could I use mysite.com in the comments and have it still work?

I need to get support about getting a partial refund, because the plugin was advertised for cheaper than it asked for, and for the problem I've mentioned in this forum. I also haven't had feedback yet about whether I can get a discount on a new list he's about to release, because I bought the plugin.

None of my emails ever get answered...

Well there is no support forum, and I've not had any responses via email, so of course I'm going to turn to the sales thread in the hope of getting some attention.

It's so frustrating, because this guys products have the stroke of true genius, the Blackbox plugin, and his lists, that take a unique approach to avoid totally spammed blogs.

But it's almost unbelievable that someone with such great products seems to be totally ignoring customer support, at least for some people! I've been trying to get in touch for a month now ffs!

He should be making a killing, so can't he hire someone to handle technical and sales support? ...
