PayPal suck. I had the same problem. Did some dropshipping but the supplier scammed me so I fu**ed. I refund the money to all buyers but one and then PP told me I cannot put money to my pp acc from my credit card in order to refund the buyer. Now I want to resolve my negative balance ( $XXX) and the say the only way to send them the money is by check or money order. Not safe enough for me. I'm calling them these days but don't think they will accept wire transfer or bank transfer.

Well, i had similar problems with them and bunch of issues with people buying my products and reversing the payment moments after the transaction. As soon as the money enetered in dispute it got decided in the buyer's favor since they don't offer SELLER PROTECION FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS!

Just this way i lost about 800$ since today dealing with these fuckers.

Anyways, i gave them a call today and asked a few questions about getting accounts locked and how you can avoid this shitty situations.

They have a policy which does not allow users to withdraw more than $500 per day until hey have withdrawn an amount of $10,000. Note that this is not stated anywhere. As soon as you reached 10,000$, the limit is lifted and you can withdraw ny amount.

My account is fully verified and registered under my personal name. This is also important in order to not get your account locked.

btw, does anyone know any kind of shooping cart like ejunkie that acceps moneybookers?

you can check out plimus & 2co, however if i'm not mistaken they have generally higher fees than paypal, i can be wrong with this tho

dont ever keep money in you pp if you dont need to. keeping 50-100 bucks is enough to make small purchases online, if you more, transferr them from your cc when you need it.

Damn that's a lot of damn money. I'd be pissed and on the phones non-stop until I got a my money back. I'm still waiting for a $67 paypal review but that's nothing compared to what you're going through. I wish you the best of luck.
