* HELP * PayPal CLOSED my account ( 2300$ gone!!)

Have you had any run-ins with any other EBay member/seller over selling your phones? Unfortunately EBay makes most of it's money from big time sellers (I'm talking around $50k-$200k+ a day) and EBay normally does what these guys want. The big sellers limit their EBay competition by reporting new EBay sellers to EBay and EBay uses PayPal to "get rid of them". What I'm saying is it sometimes has nothing to do with you or how you are selling something (although drop shipping is frowned upon) it has more to do with the big boys on EBay getting rid of you.

One way to avoid the drop shipping issue is to use personal photos of your items and not stock photos off the internet - or worse still other EBay sellers pictures (that's sure to get you suspended or banned)

No, actually they held it and asked for tracking NOs. I gave them the tracking Number and it says that the shipment was delivered, but they just closed my account the next day.

Yeh, That's a regular PP scam. They just target a certain percentage of accounts and come up with some lame excuse to freeze your account. Even if they give your money back they still make heaps of interest from your money while holding your funds for 6 months. They did that to me when i had about a grand and it took 8 months before i got my money back and they still closed my account. I would love to find a way to give them a slap in the face.

Did you Not come across threads and articles and other forms of media saying "Don't use PayPal?" - or did you think that shit just wouldn't happen to you because you were special?
 
I call them some days ago trying to recover my money, PP told me that is my fault that I transfer money as gift but they promised me to investigate his account and looks like it worked out.
 
why the hell do you let such a big amount on your paypal account??

Just transfer your money to your personal bank account when the amount reaches say 100$ it is free and you'll be safe.
 
Because he is scammer and not from US or any other country where is allowed transfer to local bank account.
 
I use one PP account for payments I make that is tied to one bank account.
I use another PP account to receive payment that is tied to another account. Dont ever keep money in your PP account. This way if they try to tap your bank account you can call your bank and reverse the charges. FU PP
 
Does anybody in here read other posts before posting?? It's already been said that this guy is a scammer. He is offering drop shipping but doesnt deliver. That's why his account is banned. Check his other thread.

You ordered some items and i shipped them to you, and you still claim they are not delivered! 2 days after ordering, you opened a dispute case with PayPal... such a retard. I asked for items with tracking number because i needed to be clear on something...save your words! Moreover, i never said i am from the states and my country ALLOWS me to transfer to a bank account.

I offered dropshipping and i already started with some people. I delivered all the items. Moreover, i don't think you ever contacted me, so if you don't know me, shut it.
 
It's not that i thought i was special; i was only dealing with low risk items and i NEVER did any blackhat with this PayPal account. There totally is no reason for them to ban me.

I used personal photos of my OWN blackberry :S but still they banned me.
