My site is currently "Sandboxed" It is still indexed, but has just dropped out of the top 100 for my keywords due to a recent blast of xrummer links (2000) (stupid I know) I know this could be Google dance, but I am wondering, will your service pull me out of this? And will my ranking be higher than it was before? (I was on the first page for one keyword, and the 2nd and 3rd pages for the others. I have 5 keywords)

No, your actions weren't stupid, just the you were missing some vital parts. This is definitely a Google dance and don't worry about it. I'm pretty sure that we are able to speed up the "escape from the sandbox" and yes the results should be much better than before.
