I am sorry to say that I have to review my earlier comment of this service.
Of the 100 submit ions I have checked 79 directories manually (as I needed to edit a link) using the log-in data in the spreadsheet. Of those 79, 46 where not submitted. In some cases there was no such account, in a few there was a account but my article was not submitted. Some sites don't exist.
When I say not submitted I mean just that, not pending or rejected.
I mailed Kumar about it as there might be some explanation, maybe someone who works for him is getting sloppy or is new, or a garbled spreadsheet. The response I got was ?We have indeed submitted the article but the acceptance cannot be guaranteed because the article was not written by us?
To be rejected it has to be submitted which is not possible without a account or on sites that no longer exist.
I can not recommend this service at this moment.
