I do.
Quite a lot actually and it impacts on my ability to work as well as my motivation. I'm not talking about the teenage blues either, I'm in my late 20's and past all the minor issues (in hindsight) that bother you when you're in your teens.
We live in very interesting times but there is very little in the way of challenges. I read a quote once that stated
That describes exactly how I feel.
I'm a huge fan of Horatio Hornblower (books and T.V. series based on the life of a Navy officer) but I know I will never experience the thrill of discovering an unknown land and risking life and limb in the process.
Sometimes I wish an asteroid would hit earth and throw society into utter chaos. That would be very exciting; a throw back to survival of the fittest.
I've done some traveling, so it's not like I need to get out more but the problem is you already know what to expect. Planning a holiday? You can get an idea of where you're going by watching videos on Youtube and reading about the experiences of other people online to the point it almost feels like you've been there yourself.
I earn my living online, I have always had a roof over my head and there has never been a day that I have gone hungry. My lot in life is better than 99% of the other people who call this planet their home.
I'm not suicidal but I often wonder what the point of life is and I always conclude that life has no point. Some what nihilistic but then I want to know why life has no point. In the end, I guess it's all about the biological urge to procreate but that doesn't make me feel any better.

I was born too late to explore the world but born too soon to explore Space.
