Yes, you can use as many subpages and anchors as you would like. After payment you will be redirected to the campaign submission page and you will submit them in this format:

http://www.domain.com/sub-page/ {anchor1|anchor2|etc..}

edit: Saw you asked about DF, there are DF in the list but being the nature of blogs the majority are NF. The links are mainly for serp ranking not PR updates
