No. But I'm just trying to figure out how to replicate his success (without exposing his own sites) and how to verify his methods are sound and not just beginner's luck.
What would you do? Go out and blindly register "+review" domains and hope for the best?
I'm actually tempted to try and reg some .biz domains or anything other than the main 4. Some think that they can all rank and the reason you don't often see the others is because nobody wants them.
If I could use these and rank for them, getting good keywords would be a cinch.
I would learn how to do keyword research (so I know what keywords are rankable) then I would learn SEO (on page). Then I would go to click bank and see what is a good product that has gravity above 50 and then head over to google to do keyword research to see the competition and if the keyword gets a few K's of searches per month.

Then I would find a good boring theme. Post some banners in some good places (think adsense).
Then get articles and start buying SEO services (after on page SEO is taken care of).
