Well I managed to get the exact match domain name with the product name + review at the end so it was ranking in the first two pages as there was not that much competition, a few blog comments releated to my website was all it needed.
I went to google blog search and simply searched the product I was trying to promote.

I threw up a one paged site to begin with, pimped the design and then worked on SEO optimizing it, I noticed it wasn't ranking to well so I added two more pages and highly optimized it, such as H1, H2, H3 tags, Alt Tags on the Image, Keyword Bolded / Underlined/ Italic.
Ive been meaning to work on a new site but I keep procrastinating like a fear that it might not work and if I put all the effort into it there's a chance it might not work for my new site I'm going to use WordPress so I will try pull my self out of wasting time and concentrate on the new site after lunch. (Also it's crazy that you can make money from the Internet, wake up with $100 dollars its quite nice.)
Its pretty easy to get it up in a month if you work on it straight like I did with that site.
Also another thing I did was check my competitors backlinks using Yahoo Site Explorer and then got backlinks from where they did myself.
My Niche is a Self Help Niche.

If you are afraid of the work, then outsource it.... few articles from mike $10, wordpress themes are shared here, there are threads that recommend the best SEO plugins, and a little SEO service from someone that has lots of returning customers and I am 95% sure you will be able to repeat the success
The internet is like nothing else out there man I love it too. I keep checking my adsense every few min. lol in the mean time I do what ever I want and I earn money LOOOOL who would have thought.

I earn more than everyone of my friends just from this one site its crazy, I'll quit my job once I get up perhaps another 20 sites and I'm on more than the bankers with the bonuses.

Products with 70+ gravity, then again Ive only done one site so far so dont take my word for it.
