Hi fellas,

I'm creating a review site with rating features enabled. It's on the make-money-online niche where I'll be reviewing IM products and allow visitors (previous buyers) to rate the product.

On what basis should I set the rating criteria? Something like:

Beginner-friendly: *****
Worth the money: *****
Ease of use: *****
​

(the stars * indicate the ratings)

The above criteria are just examples. I need single words for each criterion, something that actually contributes to depicting helpful info about the product. In other words, what features do you look for when buying an IM product? I hope you get the idea.

Can you please post your suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated and thanked.

I would. But I need the criteria for the rating. I need the words whose synonyms I'll be looking for.
